By playing the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE Game, players agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The MOO! Milk On the Moove Game will be continuously available for play until such time as the Game administrators decide to end it
2. The objective of the game is to drive along the road, collecting as many items as possible to increase your score and life count, while avoiding obstacles that decrease your life count. The game starts with 3 lives. You can play as many times as you want to increase your chances of getting a higher score
3. To play the game, a player needs to register with their first name, last name, email address, gender and mobile number. They must also verify their email address before play
4. The game is to be hosted at https://ontheMOOVE.mymoomilk.com
5. There will be a weekly prize to be drawn every Monday on or before midnight. The player with the highest weekly score will be chosen as the weekly winner. No player can win more than once. Prizes include MOO! Milk Product Hampers, Starbucks And TGIF vouchers
6. The name of the weekly winner will be announced on MOO! Milk’s social media profiles and the winner is contacted by phone or email. The winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to contact Hand Arnold via Facebook inbox/messenger or email to claim their prize or else it will be awarded to another player
7. Hand Arnold, trading as MOO! Milk and their advertising agency shall not be responsible for internet or Wi-Fi connection errors that might occur during the game
8. Employees of Hand Arnold, affiliate agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition
9. This promotion is for all MOO! Milk fans worldwide, however, if a winner doesn’t reside in Trinidad & Tobago, they must transfer/assign their prize to a person of their choice in Trinidad & Tobago
10. Conditions of Entry:
    • Players acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any prizes in the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, competitors who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification
    • Hand Arnold reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Hand Arnold corrupt the administration, security, integrity, or proper running of the competition. In such cases, Hand Arnold will inform competitors of such cancellation, modifications or suspensions of the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game via notifications by electronic mail or on the Facebook fan page
    • Hand Arnold does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. Hand Arnold is not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
      • lost, interrupted, inaccessible, or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability, or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the competition; or
      • communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or
      • failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
      • for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
      • the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
      • any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game or the usage of any third-party websites which are not under the control or operated entirely by Hand Arnold
11. Any attempt by a player or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game , including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Hand Arnold reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution and participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won
12. In no event will Hand Arnold be liable for more than the relevant prize available under the MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game. In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail
13. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect. They shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Hand Arnold employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
14. All players agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Hand Arnold and consent to the use and disclosure by Hand Arnold in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Players understand that they are providing their information to Hand Arnold and not to these platforms. The information they provide will only be used to communicate with players and award them with the prize they may win
16. Hand Arnold reserves all rights in the management of MOO! Milk On the MOOVE game
